We are inviting the nation’s most astute young minds to engage in a rigorous test of analytical depth, critical reasoning, and policy formulation.

01. UNIVERSITY SEGMENT: POLICY & STRATEGY CASE COMPETITION
Target Audience: Undergraduate Students (All Departments)
Team Composition: 3 Members (Fixed) | Cross-University Teams Allowed
In a world driven by volatility, can your team formulate a strategy that ensures equity and sustainability? Participants will step into the shoes of high-level policy advisors to diagnose a national economic crisis and engineer a viable solution.
Academic Integrity Protocol: AI Usage Policy
To ensure fair competition and foster genuine critical thinking, ENACT 2026 enforces a strict “20% Generative AI Limit”.
The Rule: The use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) must not exceed 20% of the total submission content.
Verification: All submissions will undergo rigorous AI detection scanning
Penalty: Any team exceeding this threshold will face immediate disqualification without appeal. We value your intellect, not your prompt engineering skills.
University Segment Awards:
Champion: 10,000 BDT + Trophy + Certificate of Excellence
1st Runner-Up: 6,000 BDT + Certificate of Excellence
2nd Runner-Up: 4,000 BDT + Certificate of Excellence
The Competition Roadmap
Round 1: The Strategic Submission (Online Qualifier)
The Challenge: Registered teams will receive a complex case study via email. Your task is to dissect the problem and propose a data-backed policy framework.
Deliverables:
Policy Deck: A professional slide deck outlining your analysis and solution.
Video Pitch: A recorded video presentation where the team articulates the core arguments and feasibility of the solution.
Selection: Submissions will be evaluated on analytical depth, feasibility, and clarity. Only the top-tier teams will advance to the on-campus rounds.
Round 2: The Crisis Simulation (On-Campus)
Date: January 17, 2026
Venue: Southeast University
The Challenge: Shortlisted teams will face a “Live Injection” a sudden development or complication in the case scenario. Teams must demonstrate adaptability by modifying their strategy under strict time constraints.
Technical Mandate:
All teams qualifying for the on-campus round must bring their own laptops and necessary peripherals (chargers, adapters). You will be required to design presentation slides live at the venue during the preparation window. Internet access will be provided, but hardware is the team’s responsibility.
Grand Finale: The Policy Dialogue
Date: January 17, 2026
The Challenge: The finalists will present their ultimate policy framework to a distinguished panel of industry experts, economists, and academicians. This round includes a rigorous Q&A defence session.

02. COLLEGE SEGMENT: NATIONAL ECONOMICS OLYMPIAD
Target Audience: Class 11, 12, and HSC Candidates
Format: Individual Participation
Designed to identify rising talent, this segment tests a student’s command over microeconomic and macroeconomic fundamentals, as well as their awareness of the Bangladesh economy.
Round 1: Analytical Screening (Online MCQ, January 15, 2026) A comprehensive multiple-choice question assessment testing theoretical knowledge and logical reasoning.
Final Round: The Final Champion(In-person MCQ) The top scorers from the screening round will advance to the stage for a high-intensity, live quiz to determine the ultimate champion.
