Join us for the inaugural EMS Week 5K Run/Walk as we kick off EMS Week 2026 with a celebration of health, wellness, and the dedicated professionals who serve our communities every day.

Hosted by Emplify Health Tri-State Ambulance, this family-friendly event welcomes runners and walkers of all paces and experience levels. Whether you're chasing a personal best, enjoying a relaxed walk, or supporting EMS in your community, this event is for you.
Participants will enjoy a scenic and mostly flat course through the beautiful La Crosse Marsh Trails, making it perfect for both first-time 5K participants and seasoned runners.
Route will start at Riverside Park, follow the Vietnam Veterans Trail to Willow trail and back for a total of 3.1 miles.
Come celebrate EMS, support community wellness, and start EMS Week off on the right foot!
Course Information
Event will be held starting at the north end of Riverside Park
The course follows the La Crosse Marsh Trails, offering a mostly flat and scenic route through one of the area's most beautiful natural spaces.
Please note that the trail is open to the public during the event.

Packet pick-up available same day at Riverside Park starting at 7:00 AM and continuing until the start of the race.

Parking is available on-site at Riverside as well as surrounding streets and parking ramps.
