Empty Bowls

SAMMinistries, in partnership with H-E-B, proudly presents the 26th Annual Empty Bowls, on Sunday, November 15, 2026, from 11:00am-2:00pm at UTSA's Southwest Campus.
This free community event showcases the incredible talent of local artisans, live music, a silent auction, food, fun, and fellowship, all while increasing awareness of homelessness and food insecurity.

🎨 With the support of the San Antonio Potters Guild, the Alamo Woodturners Association, and the San Antonio Glass Art Guild.
🍜 Each bowl purchased comes with a serving of soup, symbolizing a basic meal, often a staple for shelters and soup kitchens.
🏺 Purchase artisan-crafted pieces from potters, glassblowers, and woodturners.
🤚 Place your bids on a variety of silent auction items.
