About this Event
You should know that all appearances are the nature of mind, and mind is the nature of emptiness." - Milarepa
Often we feel stuck in painful habits of thought, perceiving our mind and our world to be fixed and unchanging. The truth however is that we can completely change our experience of everything simply by changing our mind! This is possible because our mind and the things it perceives are empty of true, inherent existence. Our mind and our world arise together, completely dependent upon our subjective mind.
During this weekend, Kelsang Rabka will guide us along an exploration of the mind and its emptiness, with which we can learn to dispel the clutter and complications of our life. Not only will these insights help us to become more open-hearted, flexible, and skilful in letting go of unhappy feelings and delusions, they will greatly empower even our most profound Buddhist practices such as those of universal love and compassion, Mahamudra and Highest Yoga Tantra.
* Note that this weekend will take place in the format of a retreat. Kelsang Rabka will give teachings as part of this retreat but some knowledge of in-depth Buddhist subjects will be assumed.
