Welcome to Empow(Her) Women's Fitness Program!

We at Gym Two Forty Four are excited for you to join us for a fun and empowering fitness program designed specifically for women. The intention behind this program is guide you through the initial stages of your journey. Whether its just been awhile, or you're a complete beginner, this is a great program for you. Sharbraya and Flor intend to guide through the tough initial stages of starting a new routine through a variety of workouts and personal assigments away from the gym.

They believe that through the support of community and authentic relationships, anything is possible. And they are ready to share both with you!

Weekly Sunday Group Workouts with your coaches

Weekly access to Gym 244 group class

Gym 244 open gym membership
