Your mission for the weekend: get you out of your head and reconnect to your body so you could embrace and express yourself without fears and in your most authentic way.

Our coaches will support you with practical and applicable tools that'll help you increase both your levels of self-confidence and self-esteem.

By the end of the weekend you'll have been able to:

- Understand your fears and limitations to use them as fuel and motivation towards

reaching your personal goals

- Move past the self-consciousness desire for perfection fear of failing and other

insecurities to leading with more courage and bravery

- Reconnect to your feminine essence as a Women so you can incorporate more ease

softness and joy in your movements
