Everyone has a story, what is yours? Join me as I take you on a journey like you have never experienced before. A 6-week committed journey, an adventure of self-discovery and empowerment that will allow you to access your inner sacred story and express it in your authentic way!
Speak, Move and EmpowHEARD is an interactive and engaging workshop to support you in transforming your raw, personal story into a moving, creative storytelling performance.
Participants will participate in movement, creative writing, and theatre exercises that will provide them with more insight into their life stories.
At the end of the workshop, participants will be given the space to share a 10-minute performance with close family and friends.
