In this two-part session, you'll embark on a journey of self-discovery, learning to embrace your authentic voice as a source of inner strength and expression. Whether you're looking for motivation, personal growth, or simply a way to reconnect with yourself, this workshop is designed to inspire and uplift.

Workshop Highlights:

Part 1: Your Voice Is a Miracle In this session, led by the compassionate guidance of Sujatha Réa, we’ll gently awaken and explore the healing power of our singing voices. You’ll discover how your voice serves as a bridge between your spiritual self and the world around you, as well as a reflection of your inner child. Through playful and joyful exercises, you’ll be invited to release emotional blocks and begin to unveil the beauty of your true, authentic sound. By embracing your body, emotions, and natural expression, you'll experiment with your voice in a safe, supportive, and heart-centered environment. Through singing and connection with others, you’ll take the first steps toward building a strong foundation for a healthy, powerful, and authentic voice.

Part 2: Empowermovement
You are your own healer, you are your own medicine. This is an opportunity to empower and liberate yourself. Together we reclaim the ritualistic, ceremonial essence of song and dance. Energy therapist and saxophone sound healer, Dhuryah Das, will guide you as you connect with your angels and spirit guides to consciously clear and release stagnant, blocked energy using your own intentions and vibration. From the safe comfort of your centre you will be free to grow tall and strong, using your own voice and body to liberate and channel your emotions and reinforce and strengthen your intentions in a potent saxophone soundshower.
