Empowermind: The South Central Wellness Summit

Empowermind is a mental wellness summit unlike others. It's by South Central, for South Central. Through art, performances, free resources, activities, and an engaging panel discussion, this event will offer you a great experience along with tools and information to understand and navigate your mental wellness journey.

Attendees are encouraged to register to recieve free food. Walk ups are able to attend. Onsite registration will be available. (While supplies last).
