Empowerment River Walk

Join us for this new MONTHLY event, the last Saturday of each month. We will set goals for the following month, and revisit our accomplishments when we meet again!

*Circle up for meet n greet at the trail start!

*One hour WALK (all levels welcome)

*At the midway point we will lead you through a mini-mindfulness session designed to help you transform into a better you.

*Light bites and drinks for all

*Leave the morning feeling grounded and ready to take the next step to live a passionate life.
