Kids and adults will have the opportunity to paint hands and arms, take a picture and choose a quote, or words to put with their picture.
$5 per person, venmo and cash accepted.
Location: Ben Butterworth Parkway near East Shelter Pavilion by the playground. Down past the marina (East Moline side). Look for ReCre8 Signs.
