Hey Gals!It's time to step into your power, connect with fellow women, and join us for an empowering hike through the pines. We'll traverse rugged trails and conquer summits, embrace challenges, celebrate victories, and uplift each other along the way.
Let's play on the trails, and soak up the sun, as we cultivate strength, resilience, and sisterhood.
We will hike 3-5 miles depending on the experience level of the group.
We'll have a small group discussion and happiness tips provided by Happiness Coach - Lisa Lopez from Live Happy Coaching.
