• Start: 9:30 AM – Dive straight into transformative sessions with our expert trainer Clare Palmer.
• Tea & Coffee Break: 11:00 AM – Recharge with some refreshments and connect with others.
• Crash Course in Public Speaking - learn hints and tips from broadcaster Alexis Bowater OBE to face your audiences and hone your messaging.
• Lunch: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM – Enjoy a delicious, energizing lunch and reflect on the morning's learnings.
• 2pm: Resume sessions with Clare Palmer, BS Terminator, on overcoming Imposter Syndrome and confidence building.
• Finish: 4:00 PM – Leave feeling empowered, confident, and ready to tackle your next challenge!
