Join us for an empowering four-week strength and conditioning program designed specifically for middle school and high school girls! Led by Coach Jess Clark, a former Division 1 basketball player and experienced strength and conditioning coach, this program is set to elevate your athletic performance and boost your confidence.Who: Your female Middle School or High School Athlete
When: Thursdays, 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM from September 18th – October 9th
