About this Event
Join the Manchester Social Economy Alliance, NeuroNetwork MCR and Yellow Beacon CIC and as we hold space for neurodivergent entrepreneurs to explore practical tools to support inclusive business practices and emotional regulation.
This is your opportunity to connect with peers in an informal setting, understand your own needs as a neurodivergent entrepreneur and explore practical tools to support you to develop robust working patterns that mirror your capacity. We’ll also be exploring grounded tools to aid emotional regulation through brief mindfulness practices to support you to build resilience and reduce overwhelm or burnout.
Agenda:
1.00 – 1.20pm Welcome & Networking
1.20 – 2.05pm Session 1 – Practical tools to support you to develop business practices that suit your neurodivergent needs.
2.05 – 2.15pm Break
2.15 – 3.00pm Session 2 – Grounded tools to support regulation, build emotional resilience and reduce burnout.
3.00 – 3.30pm Networking, paperwork completion.
Eligibility: This session is for neurodivergent social entrepreneurs, start-up founders, and those in the early stages of setting up a social business. Your organisation or community work must offer full or partial delivery of services in Manchester (within Manchester City Council boundaries) to qualify for a place, or be working to offer services in this area if they are not yet fully established.
Places Available: In order to provide an opportunity for all those wishing to contribute to do so, this session is limited to 20 places.
Data Collection: This session is funded partly through the E26 UK Shared Prosperity Fund. Please be aware that we will need to collect some data during the session, including your Company Registration Number (if applicable) or your Unique Taxpayer Reference and your National Insurance Number. We will offer support to complete this if required.

Please feel free to bring anything with you to support your own regulation or sensory needs. We will send out further accessibility information ahead of the session, including more detailed information about the venue and how to get there.
The ABC Building has lift access and disabled toilets.
Rebecca Moley is an AuDHD coach specialising in supporting neurodivergent adults and entrepreneurs. Through NeuroNetwork MCR, she hosts monthly sessions that blend practical tools, meaningful conversations, and relaxed peer networking.
Yellow Beacon CIC is a social enterprise offering trauma-informed mindfulness services across Greater Manchester, led by neurodivergent founder Kirsty Galloway. They support people to cultivate nervous system regulation tools for greater mental and emotional wellbeing with a focus on under-served communities.
The Manchester Social Economy Alliance is a group of organisations in Manchester from the social economy. They work to foster collaboration among social economy organisations and leaders in Manchester, promoting shared objectives and sharing resources to promote a more social economy
