Join Jihan Adem and Rebecca Ellis in a specialised CPD workshop designed for bodywork therapists.
In this course, you will learn how to incorporate corrective exercises and develop movement programmes that will help your clients transition from pain to functional movement patterns.
Our emphasis is on best practices and habits that are beneficial for your client's well-being. Bowen College UK proudly presents this workshop, tailored for Bowen therapists, but also welcomes other manual therapists.
You will explore the pivotal role of exercise and movement in encouraging healing and preventing recurring injuries. Our goal is to help therapists prescribe functional movement sequences and gentle exercises all with a fascial focus, which, when coupled with Bowen treatments, hasten clients' recovery and equip therapists with strategies to encourage client proactivity between sessions.
This workshop delves into structuring progressive exercise routines. These amplify clients' improvements in mobility, flexibility, strength, and overall health.
