About this Event
Presenter:
Natasha Lucero, PhD
Field Application Scientist
Standard BioTools™ will present a seminar on their Imaging Mass Cytometry™ technology, combining the advantages of both immunohistochemistry and time-of-flight mass spectrometry. The Hyperion XTi Imaging System, utilizing CyTOF® technology, is highly proven with over 200 publications in a broad range of scientific fields including cancer biology, neurology, immunology, biomarker development, drug discovery, and cell signaling.
Our industry-leading system enables high-parameter analysis to gain unprecedented whole tissue and single-cell insights into the intricate spatial relationships of cells, pathways, and phenotypes in the tissue microenvironment in the context of disease.
Objectives
• Provide an overview of the technology and how it works.
• Discuss some key publications on relevant applications to highlight the uniqueness and strength of our technology.
• Introduce flexibility features of our technology including automized sample loading, multiple imaging modes, and integrated data analysis.
