About this Event
This psychoeducational/skill building group will run for 4 sessions in February.
Session Dates: February 7th, 14th , 21st , and 28th
Overview: Through guided discussion and interactive activities, participants will strengthen self-awareness, learn coping strategies, communication skills, and decision-making tools that promote confidence, resilience, and healthy relationships.

Explore identity, values, and self-worth through vision boards and affirmations.
Feb 14th: Who Says You’re Not Perfect?
Identify strengths and develop strategies to challenge self-doubt and build self-worth.
Feb 21st: Nobody’s Perfect
Discover practical tools to cultivate self-compassion and bring more kindness into your everyday life.
Feb 28th: You and Me together
Identify support systems and develop skills for seeking help when they need it.
