About this Event
Join us for an insightful presentation led by Melanie Williams, the Executive Director from Alzheimer’s Association Montana, and Starla Blank, a pharmacist from St. Peter’s Health, as they discuss the critical role pharmacists play in supporting patients and caregivers navigating Alzheimer's and dementia. Melanie and Starla will present the latest research on Alzheimer’s, as well as essential drug education that can benefit those living with dementia. Many commonly used over-the-counter medications may pose risks for individuals with cognitive decline, yet these risks aren’t widely known. Through this event, we’ll explore how pharmacists can provide invaluable guidance to patients and families, helping them make informed, safe choices as they age.
