Empowering Families to Plan for End-of-Life Community Showcase & Networking Event
Linkwest and Joondalup Family Centre warmly invite members of our community to attend the Empowering Families to Plan for End-of-Life Showcase and Networking Session.
📅 Thursday 30 April
⏰ 9:30am – 12:30pm
This informative and supportive event will bring together local organisations to help families better understand end-of-life planning, available services, and how to start important conversations with loved ones.
The morning will include short presentations and exhibitor tables from organisations including:
Carers WA
Palliative Care WA
Lionheart Heart Camp for Kids
Citizen Advice Bureau
Spiers Centre
Linkwest/WAPHA
You’ll have the opportunity to learn about resources available in our community, ask questions, and connect with organisations that can support you and your family when planning for the future.
This is also a great chance to meet others in the community, share experiences and build confidence around discussing end-of-life wishes.
☕ Morning tea will be provided, giving everyone time to connect and continue conversations in a relaxed setting.
This event is proudly hosted by Linkwest in partnership with Palliative Care WA and the WA Primary Health Alliance, as part of a collaborative statewide project aimed at increasing community awareness and confidence around end-of-life planning.
