Join the Empower Her community for a special Empower Her Dance Experience. This event is all about celebrating your body, connecting with amazing women, and stepping into your most confident era through dance.

Across the afternoon you'll learn three empowering routines, each with its own vibe so you can explore different sides of your movement and expression.

All classes are for Beginners, and are 1 hr 10.

Expect a beginner-friendly teaching pace, with full move breakdowns, styling and performance tips to add flair and sass, and lots of time to master and dance the choreography!

11:00 – 12:10 | Commercial 90s & 00s Dance

An upbeat routine to help you unleash your inner pop diva. Expect big energy, powerful movement, and the feel-good choreography you know and love from our Beginner 90s & 00s classes!!

12:10 – 1:20 | Sensual Dance

We’ll slow things down and connect with your body through a sensual, flowy routine focused on embracing and expressing your beautiful femininity.

1:20 – 2:30 | Heels & Chair Choreo

Time to bring the attitude!! A fierce heels routine incorporating chair choreography designed to make you feel powerful as f*ck. If you prefer not to dance in heels, that’s okay!
