EmpowerHER: Wellness Workshop

Unwind and recharge with a guided yoga and meditation session, followed by a custom aromatherapy blending workshop by Wish Wellness to create your own soothing scent.

Please come dressed in attire appropriate for doing yoga and bring your own mat.

In honor of Women’s History Month, Friends In Deed is excited to present EmpowerHER, a three-week event series designed to celebrate and support women through wellness, creativity, and community. Inspired by the meaningful activities offered at The Women’s Room, our program for at-risk women and those experiencing homelessness, EmpowerHER brings together movement, mindfulness, artistic expression, and a bit of friendly competition!

Proceeds from ticket sales directly support Friends In Deed’s ongoing efforts to serve individuals and families in need.
