This class is designed to create a transformative space where women, both individually and collectively, learn to walk in confidence and learn/love their bodies. Join us in a supportive environment where the joy of dance meets the journey of self-love, self-discovery, embracing the beauty of your body, and expressing your unique essence through movement. This is a 18+ women’s only dance class welcome to all sizes and all dance levels.
