For our 22nd Empowered Women event, we’re welcoming Claire Davy, Menstrual Health Coach, leading self care with "Are You Ignoring What Your Body Needs?".

How understanding your body transforms your energy, decisions and how you show up in life and work.
Ever feel like your body is just…off... Low energy? Snappy? Overwhelmed?
This session will help you understand what your body actually needs and give you a simple daily tool to support your energy, your mood and how you show up in life and work. Most women are taught to push through, ignore it, or try and fix it. But what if your body isn’t the problem?
In this session, Claire will help you understand what your body is actually trying to tell you, and why so many women feel disconnected from it at different stages of life. You’ll be introduced to a simple daily check in tool that helps you recognise what’s going on in your body and respond to it in a way that actually works. This isn’t about complicated routines or unrealistic self-care.
Claire is a menstrual health coach who supports women in understanding their body from first periods through to menopause and beyond.
It’s about understanding your body well enough to support your energy, your mood and how you show up in your life, your work and everything in between. Whether you’re navigating busy days, changing hormones or just feeling a bit ‘off’, this session will give you something practical you can use straight away.
Ticket also includes:
