- 30/45 minutes of self care led by Abi Clarke. Let's reconnect with your passions, rediscover what lights you up, and learn how to follow your unique Spark - whether in parenting, business, or everyday life.
Uplifting, practical, and heart centred, this session will leave you feeling motivated and empowered.
Ex teacher and Montessori guide - Abi Clarke will talk you through how following what lights you up wil make you a happier person and have a super duper effect on those around you!
- The opportunity to introduce yourself and your business.
- Time to mingle and network.
- Bar and restaurant open to purchase food and drinks (pre order is needed for food, please send Haze Davison a direct message)
- A suggestion box and guest list for future self care and business events.
