Preparing for an Emergency

August 30, 2025 – 10:00am-11:30am

· Learn lifesaving skills such as how to recognize an opioid overdose, give naloxone, perform CPR, use an AED (automated external defibrillator) and control life-threatening bleeding

Meaningful Engagement

August 30, 2025 – 12:00pm-1:00pm

· Learn how to become a better and more engaged listener

· Discover new ways to connect, empathize and support effectively
