Join Empowered at Jambalaya Arts Gallery for a vibrant celebration of creativity, where belly dance, drumming, and canvas works come together to shake off the winter blues! The gallery is alive with colorful, dynamic art from local talents, offering a welcoming space to explore, engage, and connect. Whether you’re dancing, drumming, or admiring the beautiful art, this event invites everyone to contribute to an atmosphere full of energy, expression, and community spirit. Come experience the joy of movement and the inspiring works of art that make Jambalaya a true cultural hub!
There will be opportunities for our audience to join us and dance if they are so inspired. Drummers are always welcome!
Water will be available but feel free to bring a non-alcoholic beverage of your choice.
Performances will be done mostly karaoke style, but if any of our dancers have something in mind and want to send the music in advance, drop a YouTube link in the discussion section of the event page, message Shaen or Deanne, or send MP3s via email to [email protected].
