Join Dr. Seher, pelvic floor physical therapist and founder of Embodied Healing PT, for an empowering and interactive workshop hosted at Colorado Plastic Surgery Center.

This women's-only event is dedicated to promoting pelvic health and breaking down barriers around essential self-care.

During this workshop, Dr. Seher will cover foundational tips on pelvic floor care and introduce treatments for common conditions such as stress incontinence, painful sex, prolapse and vaginal dryness. The team at Colorado Plastic Surgery Center will also cover treatments for pelvic floor health such as the O-shot and Thermiva.
