Empowered Moms, Healthy Babies

Join Tiny Hearts Remembered, Inc. for Empowered Moms, Healthy Babies, a free maternal wellness and health education event designed to support pregnant individuals and mothers of infants in our community.

This event focuses on promoting healthy mothers and safe infant care through a combination of wellness, education, and access to local resources. Participants will engage in a short Pilates wellness session followed by interactive education on breastfeeding and safe sleep practices.

Topics will include:
• Breastfeeding basics, latch support, and maintaining milk supply with a Lactation Consultant from Muva Collective, BreAnn Nelson
• Safe sleep environments and reducing the risk of sleep-related infant deaths with Safe Sleep Ambassador, Jaime Taylor
• Pilates session hosted by Soul Essentials Wellness, Alisa Gafney
• Accessing local maternal and infant health resources

In addition to the educational sessions, participants will have the opportunity to:
• Connect with trusted community partners
• Receive supportive resources and information
• Participate in raffles and visit our Mommy & Me Boutique

This event is free and open to pregnant individuals and mothers of infants, with a focus on supporting communities impacted by maternal and infant health disparities.
