Led by Grand Master Gantner and his daughter Katie, owners of The Lotus Academy, this beginner-friendly class covers foundational self-defense techniques every woman should know, including: basic striking and blocking, escaping grabs and holds, awareness and confidence-building strategies, tips for staying grounded and safe in real-life situations. No martial arts experience is required—this class is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
