Empowered in Excellence V is a “for girls, by girls” experience designed to promote mental health, self-care, and overall well-being as students transition into summer break. Centered around the theme of relaxing, releasing, and recharging, this spa-inspired event encourages girls to prioritize their emotional wellness, build confidence, and develop healthy self-care habits in a fun and uplifting environment. Guests will participate in calming yoga sessions, learn skincare best practices from beauty and wellness professionals, and engage in meaningful conversations with mental health experts who will provide tools and strategies for managing stress, emotions, and personal growth.
