In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore the beliefs and inner dialogue that shape our relationship with food, our bodies, and the holidays. Together, we’ll discuss intuitive eating principles, self-compassion practices, and practical tools to help you navigate holiday gatherings with ease and confidence.The holidays are meant to be a time of joy, yet many of us feel weighed down by guilt, diet rules, and the opinions of others. Instead of savoring the season, we often treat it as a “last chance” to indulge before restrictive New Year’s resolutions begin.
Bring a food you love, but sometimes feel guilty eating, and we’ll use it in a guided mindful eating exercise. You’ll leave with simple, grounded practices to help you enjoy your favorite foods, release guilt, and reconnect with the true joy of eating this holiday season.
