How often do you feel out of control in your life?Do you feel as if your thoughts and feelings are holding you back from being whole?
Is your body taking the burden of your thoughts and emotions and you don't know how to reduce the stress to improve your health?
What if you could be empowered to improve your overall health and wellbeing? This is the journey we will be taking in this series of classes called Empowered Healing. Through these monthly classes participants will discover ways to bring balance into all areas of life - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Think about a struggle you are dealing with in your life now. Are you aware of how that struggle is affecting you in other areas of your life? How is your body managing the added stress? What if you could bring yourself into a space of understanding yourself to the degree that you could create more ease for yourself - your body, mind, and spirit? That's the goal of these classes. Mary Dravis-Parrish will be your facilitator as we explore and apply techniques for empowered healing.
Free to attend, donations accepted. Attend as many in the series as you like. Each session will focus on the needs of those who are present.
