In partnership with The Alzheimer’s Association, join us for a conversationseries exploring how to navigate the responsibilities of caring for someone
living with dementia through each stage and as caregivers.
Sessions include tips for understanding key aspects of caregiving, supporting independence, communicating effectively, responding to
dementia-related behaviors and exploring care and support services.
4th Tuesday of the month from May - September 2024 in the

• July 23 - Loved one and Caregiver Communication
• August 27 - Navigating Behaviors
• September 24 - Care and Caregiver Support and Resources
