A one-day immersive workshop for Yoga teachers, which will be facilitated by YTI Yoga teacher/Yoga therapist Jane Whelan and physiotherapist, specialising in women's health, Emma Sheehy. The day will offer a unique blend of scientific insight and embodied practice and includes functional anatomy/physiology; influence of hormonal cycles; understanding and adapting your teaching for conditions like pelvic floor dysfunction, endometriosis, infertility and more. Movement practices that support women through the different stages of life will also be included.
