This workshop is part of a selection of classes, workshops and events for Menopause Awareness Month here at Jenna Blair Yoga Wellbeing Centre in Shrewsbury this October.
Experience deep rest and hormonal support in this calming group acupuncture session, thoughtfully created for those navigating menopause and perimenopause.
Led by experienced acupuncturist Julia Ugrinic of Green Rose Acupuncture, this session focuses on emotional wellbeing and physical balance during this important life phase.
✨ What to Expect
You’ll be invited to lie down on a yoga mat in a peaceful, nurturing space. Gentle acupuncture needles are placed in the lower legs and arms - no undressing needed - while you relax with an optional eye mask. Many leave feeling rebalanced, grounded, and more connected to themselves.
✨ How Acupuncture Can Help
Acupuncture may help ease common symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, anxiety, low mood, fatigue, brain fog, sleep disturbances, and other hormone-related changes. It’s also a beautiful way to take a restorative pause and prioritise your wellbeing.
✨ Who It’s For
This session is specifically designed for people experiencing perimenopause or menopause. (Please note: not suitable during pregnancy.)
