As the CEO of Speak Life Transformation and founder of Unapologetic Living University, her practice’s counseling services, courses, events, and results-based coaching program, equips professional women and thought leaders with the tools to confidently pursue their purpose so they can unapologetically live a life that they are on fire for.

• Lavonne Nichols is a dynamic singer, author, multimedia host, and Certified Women's Empowerment & Trauma-Informed Coach who passionately drives Say Something Good LLC. Rooted in a love for music and unwavering support for women's healing journeys, Lavonne advocates for survivors by providing practical coping tools through an arts-based, healing-centered approach. With decades of experience collaborating with diverse organizations, Lavonne's empowering voice resonates beyond her music—impacting coaching, speaking engagements, and trauma recovery work.

As the author of "Uncaged: How to Break Free From a Toxic Relationship and Rediscover Your Voice and Power," Lavonne offers a guidebook for personal healing.
