Our Speakers:

Hermina Khara is a Partner at Odgers, a global executive search and leadership advisory firm, where she advises boards, CEOs, and founders on senior leadership appointments and critical leadership transitions across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.

Shannon Mann is an entrepreneur, real estate advisor, speaker, and passionate advocate for community connection and women’s empowerment. Shannon is known for creating meaningful spaces that inspire collaboration, authenticity, and positive social impact. As a co-founder of Empower Her, she is committed to fostering supportive environments where women can connect, uplift one another, and engage in purposeful conversations centered on growth, wellness, and leadership.

Jayna Marie is a makeup artist, speaker, entrepreneur, and podcast host known for her empowering approach to beauty, confidence, and authentic storytelling. With nearly two decades of experience in the beauty industry, she has built a strong presence across Canada through her work with brides, celebrities, public figures, and women seeking to feel confident in their own skin. She is also the creator and host of the Big Lash Energy podcast, where she shares candid conversations around healing, heartbreak, relationships, self-worth, and personal growth
