Welcome to EmPOWER!Join us for a morning of emPOWERment with Dr. Megan Beach-Gomes and Dr. Bridget Ochuko.
You will learn about your body and the changes it will face during the perinatal period with Megan and how to advocate for yourself in the birth space with Bridget. We will end with a guided exercise and stretches to help you keep moving!
Be prepared for an informational session as well as a guided exercise. You will leave with the knowledge to help you feel more prepared for birth but also how to feel good during the remainder of your pregnancy. This specific workshop targets those in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters but it is open to all!
