Emporium Global Table: Regions of Rosé

May’s Emporium Global Table invites guests to explore Regions of Rosé, a thoughtfully curated multi-course dining experience inspired by the places where rosé wines are shaped by climate, culture, and tradition.

Each course highlights a different expression of rosé, paired with dishes designed to reflect the ingredients and influences that naturally belong alongside them. The evening moves from region to region through flavor, offering a layered look at one of wine’s most versatile styles.

Rooted in Lowcountry hospitality and shaped by global perspective, the experience reflects the spirit of Perry Lane’s muse, Adelaide Harcourt, a Savannah native whose travels brought worldly inspiration back home to be shared around the table.

Emporium Global Table takes place on the third Thursday of each month, with every dinner exploring a new place through cuisine, wine, and conversation.
