Employment Training - Employment Rights Act - Session 3

This session will look to understand the detail of the changes that are coming in relation to casual and low hours employees (including zero hours employees and workers).

This session will look at the current law and the changes that are coming. This will give businesses that have casual staff an opportunity to plan ahead in relation to their structuring going forward. This change is due to be implemented in 2027 and therefore should give a year’s visibility on what is about to occur.

This practical session is suitable for both those who work in HR and line managers.
