EMPLOYERS - Take a Stand at Moray's Apprenticeship Jobs Fair

Event Information

As part of Scottish Apprenticeship Week, DYW Moray is hosting an apprenticeship job fair designed to connect Moray employers with potential apprentice candidates.

The fair offers Moray employers the chance to set up a stand to promote their apprenticeship opportunities directly to aspiring candidates. Job fairs are an excellent way for potential apprentices to learn about your roles and organisation, while also providing you with the chance to engage with prospective candidates early on.

Following last year’s successful event, which welcomed 830 young people and parents within just three hours, we’re delighted to expand this year’s fair again. We’ll be offering stands to more employers and extending the event space, allowing for even greater engagement.

Eligibility: This event is exclusively open to Moray employers with an apprenticeship opportunity available within the next year.

Audience: Open to individuals of all ages, including school, college, and university leavers, parents/carers, career changers, and unemployed job seekers.

Stand Setup: Each stand will be equipped with a table and chairs. We recommend bringing pop-up banners and informational or branded materials for attendees to take away.

Staffing: You’re welcome to rotate staff at your stand throughout the evening, and we encourage you to bring a current apprentice along to share their experiences.

Refreshments: Complimentary refreshments will be available for stand holders.

To secure your stand, please book through Eventbrite. Please only select one ticket on Eventbrite. Spaces are limited to one stand per organisation, so we encourage early booking. You’ll be asked a few questions upon registration to help us prepare for the event.

Once finalised, further details will be provided, and we will begin promoting the event to the public.
