The Irish ProShare Association – in association with PwC, and with support from Computershare, A&L Goodbody, and Global Shares – a JP Morgan company – is delighted to present Employee Share Ownership Day 2024 (ESOD24), Ireland's premier share ownership conference.

Join us for a day of insightful presentations, networking opportunities, and discussions about the benefits of employee share ownership. This in-person event is a great chance to learn from industry experts and connect with like-minded professionals operating in the share plan sector in Ireland and internationally.

The theme of ESOD24 is Shifting Sands – Innovation and Disruption in the Share Plan Sector. Highlights will include a ppresentation on how AI is impacting our industry, and a case study on how one pioneering digital marketing company is using an Employee Ownership Trust to transition to employee ownership.

Speakers include Dexter Tang, Manager of Global Equity Management at Google; Martha Parkhurst, Strategic Communications Lead at Eximia; Deborah McMahon (Finance Director) and Barry Lennon (Head of Finance) from Wolfgang Digital; and Paul Rice, Senior Client Manager with Computershare. There will also be a share plan update from Revenue.

Employee Share Ownership Day is IPSA’s flagship annual conference for the share plan sector in Ireland and ESOD24 promises to build on the success of previous years.
