You’ve landed the job – that’s amazing! But what comes next? Whether it’s your first professional role or you’re transitioning to a new position, those first few months can be both exciting and overwhelming. This workshop is designed to help you navigate the early stages of your new job and set yourself up for success with confidence, clarity, and resilience. We’ll cover practical tools and insights you can use from day one, ensuring you’re prepared to handle whatever comes your way.

What You’ll Learn:

• Finding Allies: Discover how to connect with colleagues in and outside your team who can support you in your new role. We’ll explore how building relationships across departments can help you feel more settled and supported.
• Setting Boundaries: Master the art of balancing hard work with self-care. Learn about the "unwritten rules" of the workplace and why setting boundaries from the start is crucial for long-term success.
• Understanding Workplace Culture: Every organisation has its own unique culture. In this session, we’ll highlight how to read workplace dynamics and personalities so you can navigate your new environment with ease.
• Adapting to Your Learning Style: Everyone learns differently. We’ll help you identify your learning style and show you how to work with your manager and colleagues to grow and thrive in your role.
• Building Confidence: Starting a new job can be nerve-wracking, but maintaining confidence is key. We’ll provide tips on how to stay self-assured as you take on new challenges and responsibilities.
