Empire Operator Challenge 2025 - Las Vegas, NV

The Cat Global Operator Challenge is back! Once again we’re on a quest to find the best equipment operator in the world. You'll compete on three Cat machines in a variety of challenges designed to test the most experienced operators.

Empire is hosting two 2-day events in 2025:

• Eloy, AZ: March 28-29
• Las Vegas, NV: April 4-5

Participants will select a 1-hour time slot, available from 7am-2pm each day, to complete all three challenges on an excavator, dozer, and compact track loader.

Come show us what you're made of for a chance to win a trip to the Regional Finals in North Carolina in September. Regional winners will compete in Las Vegas in March 2026 to determine the Cat Global Operator Champion.

To compete in the Nevada event, choose the date and one-hour time slot that best fits your schedule above and complete the registration form. Registration for the Arizona event is available here.

Participants must be 21 years of age or older. Winner will be announced at the conclusion of the Nevada event, and does not need to be present to win.
