This 3 hour interactive workshop aims to:

• Enhance your understanding and awareness of empathy​
• Provide you with the opportunity to learn how to demonstrate empathy in conversations with patients
• Consider how to develop empathic listening skills with patients and offer you the opportunity to put this into practice
