empathic communication & embodied empowerment - a holistic exploration of basic human needsImagine an evening where you can drop deeply into embodied awareness, show up authentically with other heart-centred humans, and get straight to the core of what truly matters, through somatic practices designed to empower, inspire and reawaken both body and mind.
Welcome to Embodied Empowerment, a transformative experience where you are invited to flowfully connect with yourself and others through a range of complementary modalities: Mindful Movement, Authentic Relating, Non-Violent Communicaton and Conscious Touch.
Come explore the many layers of yourself and others through a journey of deep, meaningful, playful communication and contact games.
Throughout the event, we will explore and interweave the basic elements of NVC (non violent communication):
1. observation

3. needs
4. requests
