ABOUT ME

I’m Denise, a Mind Valley certified coach with over two decades of experience in various fields: Developmental Psychology, Debt Management, Mortgage Coaching, Family Estrangement, Meditation, and taking the next step in your career.

I grew up in an Indian family in South Africa during apartheid in my formative years and then moved to the UK at the age of 19, where I have lived for the last 19 years.
Over the past 20 years, I have studied multiple psychological frameworks. I am passionate about human potential, with an understanding of how our brains are wired and how to drive behaviour change internally and externally.
