Jared has been exploring the world of breathwork and the healing benefits both mentally, emotionally and physically. This class will be offered for FREE for anyone who wants to explore these benefits for the first time, with the code "firsttimeonus". Even though this is free, we ask that you reserve your spot in advance by clicking the ticket link and please be respectful if you cannot make it - cancel within a good amount of time so that others may have the chance to join.
We share a building with a dentist and are located downstairs. You can park in the lot or along the street and go around to the North side of the building (along 3300 south) where you'll see our sign! Come in comfy clothes and bring an eye mask if preferred. See you there!
