Rochester friends! Coach Sgro is coming to Rochester to host an Emotional Intelligence workshop. This is FREE session for professionals who are motivated to grow into their EQ. Emotional Intelligence is the capacity of individuals to recognize their own emotions and those of others, discern between different feelings and label them appropriately. Using this emotional information to guide thinking and behavior, and manage and/or adjust emotions to adapt to environments or achieve one's goal(s). Coach Sgro will share how you activate practices that help facilitate a healthy workplace culture. A light lunch will be provided.
